Recommended portfolio: lead with the cheap, high-sovereignty corner, small local models (#5) and the redaction boundary (#6), mostly already built, add a TEE partner (#4) for the mid-tier, and reserve client-owned (#1) / BYOC (#3) for enterprises that demand ownership. Frontier-private (#7) is the honest entry baseline. FHE/MPC stays a watch-item.
